| Please read the following terms and conditions fully. By purchasing a membership, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions. |
| A) USE OF MEMBERSHIP By purchasing a membership, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions and you attest that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement. |
| B) MODIFICATIONS You are authorized to make necessary modifications to your turnkey website design at your expense, but modifications will void your 30 days support for the package and Fees will apply if you request fix or re-installation from our service. If you need customisation, please request our web developement service. |
| C) OWNERSHIP You may not claim intellectual, copyright or exclusive ownership to our products, modified or unmodified. |
| D) UNAUTHORIZED USE 1 - You may not place our products, modified or unmodified on any medium and offer them for redistribution or resale. 2 - You may not spam or make any illegal content or activity on and from our products. |
| E) FEES As consideration for the services and/or products you have selected: 1 - You agree to provide current and accurate information on Uandweb and authorized payment processors order form. 2 - Due to the electronic nature of our products, refunds for product and services will not be refunded, except: 3 - If you report your product installation as not rendered after 48 hours of our office business time, your product will be installes as soon as possible and we will add (1) one $10.00 US coupon gift for any of your next purchase on Undweb.com. If you report a defective product, in our sole discretion we will fix the product in our next business 48 hours Or replace the product for the one you ask and we will add (1) one $10.00 US coupon gift valid for any next purchase same product.. You agree to not request any compensation if your emails address is not accurate and/or not work or if you forgot to reply to our message(s) asking you more details. (eg: client login, etc). Notice: Compensation is valid Only if all informations like client login, etc, was received by our service. We do not assume any responsabilities, if your email address is in fault and message at both ends not received or if you forgot to reply. |
| G) MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF SERVICE We reserve the right to change or modify the terms of service at any time and your continued use of uandweb.com will be conditioned upon the terms of service in force at the time of your use. | H) COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK NOTICES You acknowledge that Our Unadweb.com contains information, software, photos, video, text, graphics, music, sounds or other material (collectively, "content") that are protected by copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protect in all forms, media and technologies existing now or here after developed. You can sell only one time but not resell Uandweb.com products. |
| I) THIRD PARTY LICENSES (GPL) Uandweb.com Web Turnkey provides access to scripts that may be covered by GPL. In this case, the GPL license would override the terms as stated at Uandweb.com Web Turnkey. The GPL license covers the script itself and not the custom designed theme. |
| J) ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement contains all of the Terms of Membership and no representations, inducements, promises or agreements concerning the Membership not included in this Agreement shall be effective or enforceable. If any of the terms of this Agreement shall become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall not be affected. |
