A) USE OF MEMBERSHIP
By purchasing the Web Turnkey Business Membership, and/or any Web Turnkey Websites and/or other products and/or services, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to Uandweb terms and policies and you attest that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement.

B) MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make necessary modifications to your turnkey websit at your expense, but modifications may void the basic free support and Fees may apply if you request fix or re-installation of your products or/and services.
If you need customisation, please check uandweb development services.

C) OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual, copyright or exclusive ownership of contents, scripts, design, codes, plugins on Uandweb.

C) UANDWEB SHOPPING CART and PLUGINS
The os-commerce shopping cart is a a GNU General Public License and trademark of os-commerce.
Uandweb do not support the os-commerce cart but we provide support for the Uandweb plugins. For questions and answeers for ther os-commerce cart, you should go at http://www.oscommerce.com/
Uandweb maintain and update the plugins added to the os-commerce only if you order the os-commerce installation with plugins maintenance.

D) UNAUTHORIZED RESALE RIGHTS
Scripts can not be duplicated or copied on another site.
You can ask Uandweb to install the same script on another site and it will count for one installation.
You can't resale or give the scripts with or without resale rights, or/and with profits or not.

E) FEES
As consideration for the services and/or products you have selected:
You agree to provide current and accurate information and contact.

F) CANCELLATION & REFUND .
Due to the electronic nature of our products and services, refunds is not accepted.
Uandweb will fix defective scripts or Uandweb will give you replacement or credits but no refund will be processed.
If you cancel your membership, you can keep your web hosting reseller account. A $ 9.95 US charge per month will apply.

G) LIMITED TIME OFFERS .
Limited time offer is very exclusive & can be terminated anytime.
If the members close his account and return later, he will be charged the price in effect at the time he come back.

H) SPECIAL OFFER - BONUS - COUPON GIFT
Limited to one per members. Offer can't be combined or added to another special or whatever specials in effect..

I) THIRD PARTY LICENSES (GPL)
Our products or services may contains release under the GNU General Public License. When it happen, the GNU copyright rights will also apply.
This means that, while you have considerable freedom to modify and redistribute the program, there are copyright notices you must read before. The custom plugins we add to the © osCommerce (GNU license) shopping cart is owned by uandweb. When you order the os-commerce plugins, we sell you the right to use it.

J) ORDER CONFIRMATION

Due to multiple fraud attempts, Uandweb may ask you to confirm your identity by phone before we provide any services or products.
In this case the Uandweb membership will come available to the member only 24 hours after his identity is confirmed.
If the verification fails, Uandweb at his sole discretion may may cancel the susbscription and return the amount paid.
If the member paid by checks, his Uandweb membership will start when his payment will be verified and cleared.
Our payment processor is Paypal, they accept major credit cards.
We also deal with Western Union, Alerpay or direct deposit in bank account.
Few other ways to paid may add additional charge and may take few days to activate your account until clearance.

K) INSTALLATIONS
The number of installtions coming the Uandweb membership is PER MONTH.
The number of installation not used during the one month period are NOT added to the next month.
The installations are made during our office hours but Uandweb staff may work overtime if needed.

L) SECURITY
Uandweb is not responsible for the security side of your sites.
The members are responsible to maintain their or client websites, and add the security needed to protect their contents.

M)
UandWeb have a 0% tolerance for spam, UandWeb will not tolerate any kind of spam forms from his servers. Members cut to send spams may loose their entire or parts of their membership provileges with nothing in return.
Spam is not a effective way to advertise and is more annoying that anything else. Plus if you are reported by others, you may also loose your internet connection.
Think twice before using this illegal form of advertise for your products and services. Be advised, you rarely sell something by spamming others but you may win the chance to loose everything.

N) ENTIRE AGREEMENT
No representations, inducements, promises or agreements concerning our products or services shall be effective or enforceable.

O) TERMS MODIFICATION
Uandweb may update this terms and policies to reflect the actual market.
Our members should read and accept our terms and policies. If you have questionss, please contact us for clarification.
Your continued use of uandweb.com will be conditioned upon the terms of service in force at the time of your use.
